Currently, it takes about 7 business days, after receiving your order, to process. If you place an order before 3pm (EST), that is the FIRST day of your orders’ process. After 3pm (EST), we begin processing your order on the NEXT business day.


Payments
I‘ve Seen the Light accepts most major credits card payments. I’ve Seen the Light, LLC believes YOUR INFORMATION IS YOURS ONLY. We DO NOT sell or give out your information without your permission.


Return info
If you are not satisfied by your purchase, send us an email about the damage. We will accept returns, ONLY DAMAGED on items still in their original packaging within 7 days after you have received your products. At your request, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling fees).


**Please note, you must return the item(s) to I’ve Seen the Light before we issue any refund or replacements. We will not pay for costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to I’ve Seen the Light.


The following steps will be taken on your return:
1. I’ve Seen the Light receives your email/call explaining the reason for your return and your decision for either a refund or replacement of your damaged item(s).


2. A member of our staff will send an email back to you indicating that your return is being handled.
